Property assessment, constructions, and levels of region two of the city of Arak are currently underway.
In the first phase of the project, so far, information from 15 urban blocks comprising 369 properties, 739 apartments, 67 business units, and 4 vacant lands have been collected by field assessors.
According to the report from the Department of Communications and International Affairs of the Municipality, Hossein Pakzad stated: The Municipality of Arak is taking action to renew the property assessment and aerial surveying operations (in the first phase of property assessment in region two of Arak) in order to update the comprehensive property information bank of the city in accordance with Article 9 of the Urban Renewal and Development Law.
He further added: Assessment experts, by presenting valid identification cards, visit homes to collect necessary information so that property information can be updated in the municipality's systems with the cooperation of citizens.
Pakzad said: The ownership document (booklet or single sheet), building permit (building identification), completion certificate or last non-violation certificate, partitioning report or partitioning map, renewal tax receipt (paid or unpaid), electricity, water, gas, telephone bills, rental agreement (for tenants), and the owner's or owners' identification card and national ID are among the documents reviewed by the assessment experts of the Municipality of Arak.
He emphasized: If the property in question has a commercial use, in addition to the mentioned documents, providing documents such as a non-violation certificate, business license, professional tax receipt (paid or unpaid), rental agreement (for tenants), and other permits issued by various organizations and agencies from the owner is mandatory.
The financial and economic deputy of the Municipality of Arak noted: So far, 600 hectares of land in region two of the city of Arak have been aerially photographed with a scale of 1:500 by implementing benchmarking and target setting. Also, in the pilot phase of the project, so far, information from 15 urban blocks comprising 369 properties, 739 apartments, 67 business units, and 4 vacant lands have been collected by field assessors.
Pakzad, the financial and economic deputy of the Municipality of Arak, added: Providing equitable urban services in various parts of the city, offering faster services during the buying and selling of properties, and assisting in the development and improvement of the city for the satisfaction of citizens are among the goals of implementing this plan.
He concluded by saying: Citizens of Arak can contact the 137 hotline of the Municipality of Arak if they have any questions or need more information regarding the property assessment project and potential complaints.
