A Major Step by the Arak Municipality in Urban Development, Launching 21 Projects

Ahmad Hosseini, the head of the Financial and Economic Deputy of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, emphasized the efforts of urban management in the direction of balanced development and improving the level of services to citizens, announcing the launch of a series of important construction, service, recreational, and tourism projects in various parts of the city. He stated that the development of urban infrastructure and improving the quality of life for people is a priority in the programs of the Arak Municipality, saying: All financial and economic planning of the municipality is based on the premise that existing resources should be utilized in the best possible way for the welfare of citizens and the sustainable development of the city. The launch of various projects that have come to fruition today is the result of this strategic vision and optimal management of urban assets. Hosseini referred to some of the key projects ready for launch, adding: Among these projects are the multi-story parking and the Aftab commercial complex to reduce parking problems and enhance citizens' access, the sanitary landfill project for urban waste disposal to improve environmental conditions, the construction of pedestrian bridges in high-risk areas of the Qaem Industrial Neighborhood and Farahan Square to increase safety, and the renovation and revitalization project of the Shohadae Asnaf Bridge aimed at streamlining traffic and enhancing urban communication structures. He continued: In addition, the implementation of projects such as the parking lot at Sardarans Square, the revitalization of Shahid Bahonar Park, the prayer room in the recreational tourism area of Gerdou Valley, the zip line and food street, the urban wastewater transfer pipeline, and the artificial grass field in the Sajadiyeh and Andisheh neighborhoods are other effective actions of the municipality aimed at enhancing public services, developing recreational spaces, and improving environmental indicators. The head of the Financial and Economic Deputy of the Arak Municipality emphasized the importance of smart management of financial resources in advancing these projects, stating: One of the main goals of the municipality is to create a balance between securing financial resources and developing urban services. With precise planning and transparency in financial processes, efforts have been made to bring projects to fruition without putting additional pressure on the urban budget, ensuring the maximum possible benefit to citizens. Hosseini concluded by stating: The Arak Municipality, with a development-oriented approach and optimal use of economic capacities, is moving towards implementing new projects and completing unfinished plans. Our goal is to create a modern, safe city equipped with sustainable infrastructure; a city where the satisfaction and welfare of citizens are prioritized in all programs and decision-making processes.
