With the aim of improving transportation infrastructure and increasing citizen satisfaction, the night asphalt movement continues with speed and determination in various parts of Arak. This plan, under the slogan «Night Asphalt Marathon in the Heart of Arak», is being implemented continuously and by utilizing all executive capacities, and has covered a significant portion of the city’s worn-out streets. The nighttime execution of the asphalt paving project has been planned with the goal of reducing daily traffic load, facilitating movement, and accelerating the process of street rehabilitation, and energy imbalances will continue until full coverage of the target routes is achieved. Last night, 826 tons of asphalt were laid on the prioritized streets in zones one and two under the Urban Development and Regeneration Organization.
