In line with improving the quality of services and increasing the efficiency of administrative processes, the process of reviewing the organizational chart of Arak Municipality, with a focus on the municipality’s deputy departments and affiliated organizations, is being pursued seriously.
Saeed Tajabad, Deputy for Planning and Human Resources Development of Arak Municipality, referring to the importance of an appropriate structure in organizational performance and identifying one of the important axes of this structural review as special attention to developing human capacities in the field of women, said: In step with this process, the issue of creating and drafting the organizational chart for the Women and Family Affairs Management area in the municipality has also been placed on the agenda. The ultimate goal of these structural reviews will be to facilitate workflows, clarify responsibilities, and ultimately improve the level of services provided to the citizens of Arak.
