Improving Safety and Beautification of Urban Streets on Qaem Maqam Street
According to the report of the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolis Municipality, in line with improving the safety of vehicle traffic and enhancing the urban landscape, the operation to repair the pavements of Qaem Maqam Street and level the depressions created due to past rains was carried out with the aim of facilitating the passage of citizens. These actions were taken to increase safety, reduce potential hazards, and improve the quality of sidewalks, playing a significant role in enhancing the conditions for pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Improvement of surface water drainage in the area of Siavash Amiri Bridge
According to the report of the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, in order to prevent flooding of streets and manage surface runoff, the pipe-laying operation next to the cemetery wall and the construction of a drainage channel under the Siavash Amiri Bridge has been implemented. The execution of this operation plays an important role in the proper drainage of surface water, increasing the safety of streets, and reducing problems caused by seasonal rainfall.

On the path of sustainable development, improvement and renovation of urban infrastructure
According to the report of the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Municipality of Arak Metropolis, in line with improving the quality of streets and enhancing the urban landscape, new construction projects are underway aimed at facilitating the movement of citizens. In this context, and with the aim of preventing flooding of streets during rainfall, the operation of curbing has been implemented on Davaran Street, in the Martyrs' Square of Salehabad, and at the beginning of this road. Additionally, the operation of repairing the pavement of the sidewalk on Qaem-Maqam Street; the Sajadi Alley has been carried out to enhance the visual beauty and durability of pedestrian pathways. Following these actions, the operation to eliminate unevenness and level the main streets is being pursued.

Steps taken by the urban management team toward development and service delivery
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolitan Municipality, in line with the municipality's development programs and with the aim of improving urban infrastructure, traffic flow quality, and enhancing street safety, asphalt resurfacing operations were carried out on Sheikh Tabarsi Street, Vafa, Shariati, and Imam Khomeini alleys, as well as asphalt patching on Tafresh Street, Golestan First Alley, and Davaran Street, Sajjadi and Khani alleys. These measures are continuously on the agenda with the aim of improving and facilitating traffic conditions and increasing citizen satisfaction.
